1 INQUIRIES We will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your request to learn about your project needs and book the first appointment at your earliest convenience.
2 FIRST VISIT We will arrange a site visit to meet you to discuss project and take required measurements.
3 QUOTATION We will provide detailed itemized quotation. You can expect to receive your quote up to a week after the initial visit. We prefer to communicate by email, where possible, this being faster.
4 START DAY Once you are happy to proceed, we will agree the project start date, estimate timing and payment schedule.
5 BUILDING PROCESS TipTop Builders team will appear on site and start work on your project. Builders will come with dust sheets, floor protection and a professional vacuum cleaner and they do a good job of tidying up after their work is done.
6 COMPLETION Project is completed and our team has handed over your property and left site. We will provide warranty for all new products, GAS SAFE and Electrical Certificates.
