This full renovation of a large family home in Wimbledon completely transformed the property inside and out. We created two brand-new bathrooms from scratch with high-end finishes, installed a modern kitchen with integrated appliances, and fitted underfloor heating across the ground floor. Extensive bespoke joinery was carried out throughout, including made-to-measure wardrobes and storage units. The existing garage was converted into a bright and functional dining room, seamlessly integrated into the main house. We fully tiled the entire ground floor, built a new garden patio for outdoor living, replaced the garage roof, and installed a completely new central heating system. The result is a beautifully finished, warm, and modern home designed for long-term comfort and style.

What We Did
For this wet room refurbishment project in London SW9, Tiptop Builders LTD carried out a complete transformation from start to finish.
Our team began with full demolition works, removing the existing bath, basin, toilet, radiator, and all wall and floor tiles.
We completed plumbing adjustments for the new shower mixer, toilet, and twin basins, ensuring precise alignment for the wet room layout. The floor was raised to allow for concealed pipework, and a new plywood sub-floor with a full waterproof membrane system was installed to guarantee long-term durability.
A wet room tray and linear drain were fitted, followed by premium marble wall and floor tiling. We also installed underfloor heating with a wall thermostat and self-levelling compound for an even finish.
Electrical improvements included installation of a new bathroom fan and all necessary connections for the heating system. The ceiling and walls were repaired, primed, and finished with two to three coats of bathroom-grade paint for a fresh, clean appearance.
Finally, our team installed all new fixtures and fittings, including the oak vanity unit with twin countertop basins, wall-mounted towel rail, toilet, and a glass shower screen.

The renovation delivered a high-spec, energy-efficient home finished to an exceptional standard in Wimbledon SW19. Every space was carefully designed and built with attention to detail, from the seamless underfloor heating to the bespoke wardrobes and sleek modern bathrooms.
