I cannot recommend Max highly enough! He completely transformed my old, tired bathroom into a beautiful, peaceful space that I genuinely love spending time in. The quality of his workmanship is outstanding and it's clear he takes real pride in what he does. Max (and Sergey) did a fantastic job of redoing our whole house up. They extended the bathroom, knocked through the kitchen wall to make one big kitchen and redecorated the whole house. It was in a really poor state and they did a really detailed job of making sure the walls were smooth and removed all the cracks before painting. We felt that they really cared about doing a good job rather than a quick job. My understanding of building is zero and he really made us feel listened to and understood, and we trusted everything he had to say. Max and the team at Tip Top are simply fantastic.  We have used Tip Top a number of times, everything from a complete kitchen overhaul to small but difficult jobs around the house.  His team are so thoughtful to have on the house, always making sure to pack up and clean up perfectly.  The work they do is exceptional, highest quality. Max has done an outstanding job refurbishing my loft, which included: removing a rotten Velux window, adding 2 new Velux windows, roof repairs, adding a brand new ensuite shower room (inc heated floor, tiling, LED strip lights, wall hung vanity & toilet, etc.), sanding & refinishing the wooden floors, wall repairs, and various electrical & plumbing works. This is my first house, and first renovation, so I was extremely nervous about the whole process, but Max made it very smooth start to finish.  He communicates clearly, tidies up daily and comes up with solutions when problems arise. As always, Max and his team delivered exceptional quality at competitive pricing. They refurbished our bathroom and have done a great job. They were hardworking and completed the entire project (completely stripping the old bathroom and refurbishing from pipes to tiles to fittings) in under 4 weeks. I wish I had more photos of the bathroom before Max’s work because it was awful! The transformation is just incredible, I couldn’t be happier. Max is a top professional, I really can’t fault him at any part of the build. He is just a joy to work with. I was extremely anxious and nervous before getting the building work done as it’s really difficult to find good builders these days, I would recommend and have already recommended Max and his team to anyone wanting building work. He also refurbed part of our kitchen, and again the work was faultless, he made it very seamless. He was clean, punctual, professional, hard working and honest. I am getting Max back in for further work later on this year and I won’t be calling anyone else for any work that I need doing. I can’t really thank him enough as my mother in law isn’t well and this has changed her life.
