This loft conversion project was carried out on a semi-detached property in TW13, West London. The unused attic space was expertly transformed into a bright and functional living area, featuring a spacious bedroom, a modern shower room, a dedicated home office, and a large built-in wardrobe for optimal storage.
We installed two Velux roof windows to maximise natural light and fully retiled the pitched roof to enhance the property’s exterior appearance. All work was completed with full scaffolding and in compliance with building regulations.

Final Outcome
The completed loft conversion is a stunning blend of style, comfort, and practicality. It includes a cosy, well-designed bedroom with bespoke feature walls and integrated lighting, a bright home office with Velux roof windows, and a luxurious shower room finished with golden-coloured tiles for a touch of elegance. The shower room also features underfloor heating, adding warmth and comfort throughout the year.
We maximised every inch of space by creating clever built-in storage under the front roof, easily accessible from the office room—perfect for keeping things organised without compromising on floor space.
A sleek staircase was custom-built to fit within a very tight area, leading up to a hallway enhanced by a modern strip light feature, adding both style and subtle illumination to the space.
The result is a highly functional, beautifully finished loft that not only enhances everyday living but also adds significant value and character to the home.
