What We Did
We delivered a complete loft conversion, transforming the unused attic space into two new bedrooms and a modern bathroom. The project included extensive structural works, such as the installation of steel beams to support the new layout, as well as the construction of a rear dormer extension and the building of a new fibreglass roof.
A new staircase was installed to provide access to the upper floor, carefully integrated into the existing layout. We also carried out full insulation of the roof, walls, and floor, ensuring the new space meets modern energy efficiency standards.
To maximise natural light, we fitted three skylight windows, two Velux rooflights, and French doors to the rear elevation. Internally, we completed all plumbing, electrics, plastering, and finishes to a high standard. The external finish was matched to the existing property, blending the new structure seamlessly with the original building. All works complied with current building regulations and were completed with careful attention to detail.
