What We Did
TipTop Builders LTD installed two new Velux skylights in the bedroom, including cutting roof openings, reinforcing rafters, installing flashing kits, and making good roof coverings and internal finishes. A third existing skylight was replaced, including removal of old unit, flashing, and surrounding works, followed by installation of a new roof window with full insulation and plasterboard reinstatement.
TipTop Builders LTD completely reconfigured the shower room, including demolition of existing walls and fittings, installation of new stud partition walls, plasterboarding, waterproofing, tiling, and full electrical and plumbing installation. This included new lighting, shower system, sanitaryware, flooring build-up, and ventilation works.
In addition, TipTop Builders LTD constructed bespoke bedroom storage with structural timber works, plasterboarding, and fitted cupboard doors, along with full decoration and finishing.
Additional works included installation of LED spotlights, strip lighting, underfloor heating system with thermostat, bathroom extractor fan, ridge tile installation, loft radiator connection, and full sanding and re-varnishing of bedroom floorboards.
Final Outcome
The property has been fully upgraded with significantly improved natural light from the new skylights, a modern and fully waterproof shower room, and increased storage space in the bedroom. All finishes have been completed to a high standard, combining structural improvements with modern electrical and heating systems. The result is a refreshed, energy-efficient, and highly functional living space finished with clean, professional detailing throughout.
