Wetroom Renovation TW20

TipTop Builders Ltd carried out a complete wetroom renovation in Egham TW20, transforming a tired bathroom into a sleek and fully waterproofed wetroom.
Our works included preparing the subfloor with a new waterproof membrane, tiling the entire floor and selected walls with high-quality porcelain tiles, and applying professional grouting and silicone for long-lasting protection.

We upgraded the plumbing, installing a new concealed shower system with a linear drain, wall-hung toilet, vanity unit with basin, and a modern heated towel rail. All pipework was neatly hidden beneath the floor and behind walls for a clean, contemporary finish.

Additionally, we replaced the existing roof window with a new Velux unit, improving natural light and ventilation. The ceiling was repaired, sanded, and painted with moisture-resistant bathroom paint to ensure durability in a humid environment.

The finished wetroom combines modern luxury with subtle rustic charm, featuring soft natural tones, stone-effect wall tiles, and a beautiful exposed timber beam. The open, seamless shower area creates a sense of space and light, making this small attic bathroom feel bright and inviting.
